This form is ONLY for reporting technical errors with the Job Board system (bugs, errors, problems with document uploads, etc.). This is NOT for questions about selection processes, application status, or general inquiries. For those questions, please contact the Human Resources department directly.

What to Report

Use this form to report technical problems you have encountered while using the Job Board system. Please provide as much detail as possible to help us identify and fix the issue.

Examples of issues to report:
  • Problems uploading documents (error messages, files not saving)
  • Page errors or unexpected behavior
  • Forms not submitting correctly
  • Display problems or broken layouts

To help you effectively, it is essential that you be as detailed as possible in your report. A clear and complete description allows us to resolve your problem more quickly.

  • Be specific: Describe exactly what you were doing when the problem occurred.
  • Include screenshots: Images help us better understand the problem. Use the image button in the editor to attach them.
  • Detail the steps: List step by step how to reproduce the error so we can verify it.
